In her capacity as Co-owner and Client Services Director, Emmi controls the Direct
Mail fundraising programmes of a large number of national and international welfare
organisations, from planning through to implementation. Assisted by the team,
Emmi co-ordinates the production of material for print and other media for all DMI clients.

A founder member of SAIF and former co-ordinator of the Durban Chapter, Emmi has
many years experience in fundraising, including ten years in the client service field, where
she gained valuable experience in the running of campaigns for both commercial and
non profit organisations. At the invitation of our Australian associates, Downes, Venn &
Associates, she has conducted a series of direct mail fundraising workshops in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.
